Read by Anthropic in the US, which deletes it within 30 days. We don't keep your files or what we read. How we handle it

The check is indicative and doesn't confirm documents with whoever issued them. B‑BBEE certificates come from SANAS-accredited verification agencies (and, for micro-enterprises, from CIPC). Echo Reach (Pty) Ltd, trading as Be Boaz, sends each document to Anthropic in the United States to be read and shows you the result. We don't keep the file or what was read; we only count checks anonymously. Your IP address is held in memory for about a day to limit free checks. Only upload documents you're entitled to use. See our Privacy Policy.
